Complete Process

1. Sign in to your AdSense account.
2. In the left navigation panel, click Settings.
3. Click My sites.
4. Click Add .
5. Enter the URL of the site that you’d like to add (e.g., Example Domain). If you’re unsure which URL to enter, check the section on formatting the URLs of your sites below.
6. Click Add site.

after you got approved from adsense, then you can use that adsense code with unlimited domain as you wish. Dont worry and no need to register another adsense account with your new domains at all. What you have to respect is TOS of adsense or you will be banned.
